Returns & refunds
We want you to love your order. You have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return. In addition, if you are shopping from Ireland or the wider EU, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, which lets you cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. A return must be requested and approved before you send it back. Items sent back without a prior request cannot be accepted.
How to start a return
Email us at info@maeveaoifeniamh.com with your order number and the reason for the return. If your return is approved, we will send you clear instructions on how and where to send your parcel, including the return address.
Return shipping costs
If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, the return postage is at your own cost, and the amount depends on the carrier you choose. If the return is due to our error (a damaged, defective or incorrect item), we cover the return costs in full.
Exchanges
We are happy to arrange exchanges, for example a different size or colour. Contact us at info@maeveaoifeniamh.com and, once your return is on its way back to us, we will send out the replacement item.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us straight away and we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether it has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods. Your bank or card provider may need a little extra time to post the refund to your account.
Uncollected or refused parcels
If an order is returned to us because it was refused or not collected, we will refund the price of the goods. A reasonable handling charge may be applied to cover the return carriage and administrative costs we actually incur.
Items that cannot be returned
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on pierced jewellery such as earrings, or on intimate items such as underwear once the seal or packaging has been opened. Gift cards and clearance or final-sale items are also non-returnable. This does not affect your rights in respect of faulty goods.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer in Ireland and the EU, including your rights in relation to faulty, misdescribed or not-as-ordered goods.
