Order processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Delivery times

Once dispatched, estimated delivery to Ireland is typically 7 to 12 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, sales or due to carrier delays.

Shipping costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders, with tracking included. Any applicable costs are always shown before you complete your purchase.

Tracking your order

Every order is sent with tracking. Once your parcel is on its way, you will receive an email with a link to follow it in real time. The tracking link is usually active within 24 to 72 hours of your order being confirmed.

Where we ship

We currently ship to Ireland. If your destination is available at checkout, we ship there too.

Incorrect or incomplete address

Please make sure your delivery address is correct and complete at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for parcels delayed or lost because of an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.

Delayed or lost parcels

If your tracking has not updated for an unusually long time, or you believe your parcel is lost, email us at info@maeveaoifeniamh.com. We will investigate with the carrier and make it right.

Customs, duties and taxes

Any import duties or taxes that may apply are determined by your local customs authority and, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.
