Overview
This website is operated by Santara Brands LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA (registration no. 2026-001998528), trading as MAEVE, AOIFE & NIAMH. By visiting our site and/or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
Products and pricing
All prices are shown in euro (€), inclusive of applicable taxes (VAT where applicable). Any delivery costs are shown before you complete your order. We do our best to display our products, colours and details accurately, but slight variations can occur. We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or descriptions and to limit order quantities.
Orders and contract
When you place an order you receive an order confirmation acknowledging receipt. The contract of sale is formed when we dispatch your items. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example if an item is out of stock or there is a clear pricing error) and, in that case, we refund any payment already taken.
Your consumer rights (Ireland / EU)
If you are a consumer in Ireland or the EU, you benefit from statutory rights that these Terms do not affect, including: a 14-day right of withdrawal for most online purchases; a legal guarantee of conformity of at least 2 years; and protection in respect of faulty, misdescribed or not-as-ordered goods. Delivery, returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy and our Refund & Returns Policy, which form part of these Terms.
Intellectual property
All content on this site (text, images, logos, designs) is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use our site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe the rights of others, or to interfere with its operation or security.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.
Complaints and dispute resolution
If you have a complaint, please contact us first at info@maeveaoifeniamh.com and we will do our best to resolve it. As a consumer you may also be entitled to use alternative dispute resolution or to bring the matter before the competent courts of your country of residence.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by Irish law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rights you enjoy in your country of residence within the EU/Ireland.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
